Interested in caring for an eligible family member or friend, or exploring a caregiving opportunity? Apply to become a CDS attendant with CareWay CDS.
The person receiving care must have Missouri Medicaid and qualify for CDS, and attendants must meet program requirements. Care tasks follow the participant’s approved care plan.
Apply as a CDS AttendantBring your care to someone’s home
Apply for an opportunity to provide approved in-home care through CareWay CDS’s Private Pay services. Support individuals who do not qualify for Consumer-Directed Services through Missouri Medicaid, as well as those who choose Private Pay Care.
