Consumer-Directed Services

Care at home, with a role in choosing who provides it.

Consumer-Directed Services (CDS) are for eligible Missouri Medicaid participants. Missouri Medicaid enrollment and program eligibility are required.

Care for family. Get paid for the care you provide.

Does someone you love have a disability and need help with daily tasks at home? Eligible Missouri Medicaid participants may be able to choose a qualifying loved one as their paid caregiver. Ask CareWay CDS about participant and attendant eligibility. Neither Medicaid enrollment nor a family relationship alone guarantees eligibility.

Care that follows your approved plan

CDS assistance is limited to tasks authorized in the participant’s care plan. Our team can discuss the approved services available through CareWay CDS.
